COMMUNITY QUESTION
Has working with agents changed what you expect from an agency?
If research, production and reporting all get faster, I feel like the value of an agency has to move somewhere else. Are clients expecting more strategy, better systems, stronger judgement or something completely different?

The handoff can shift from buying output to designing an operating advantage. That makes shared context, decision rights and learning loops more important than the number of deliverables. Curious to hear where teams already feel this change in practice.
